When will my order ship?
Ground orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. Expedited orders will ship the same day if placed before 12PM EST. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we don’t offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping at this time. Once your package is with the carrier, we aren’t responsible for delays or disruptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Featherie accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Paypal.
What is your return policy?
Returns within the U.S. are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received by our facility, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
We are unable to apply a discount code after an order is placed, but we'd be happy to help you cancel your order and place a new one with the discount code applied. Please reach out to help@featherie if you need assistance.
What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. All items marked Final Sale aren’t eligible for other promotions or discounts. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be tricky, so please contact us at help@featherie.com prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We’ve gone the extra mile, and each Featherie product goes through rigorous quality control reviews. However, should you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction, please contact customer service at help@featherie.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will help you resolve the issue.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
How should I choose the best size for me?
- You can reference our size conversion chart and size guide by product category here. Due to the nature of our product, each product silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please contact us at help@featherie.com with your waist, hip, and bust measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
I’m an adult woman, can I wear Featherie?
Yes! Featherie’s sizes translate into some women’s adult sizes.
• Featherie size M is equivalent to a Women's size SMALL
• Featherie size L is equivalent to a Women's size MEDIUM
• Featherie size XL is equivalent to a Women's size MEDIUM/LARGE
